The service
Pouro (“we”, “us”) provides a paid reminder service: at a time and on days you choose, we send a message to the channel you connect (currently Facebook Messenger or Telegram) reminding you that a beer or a glass of wine is an option.
By purchasing, activating or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility: 21+
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase, receive or activate a reminder. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you buy a gift, you confirm the recipient is also 21 or older.
No alcohol is sold
We do not sell, deliver or arrange the sale or delivery of alcohol, and nothing in a reminder is an offer to do so. Whether you act on a reminder is entirely up to you. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Reminders only
A reminder is a short message. It is not medical, nutritional or personal advice, and it is not a recommendation to drink. You can pause or stop reminders at any time.
Subscriptions
- Personal subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until canceled.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- You can cancel or pause at any time. See the Cancellation Policy.
Gifts
- A gift is a prepaid reminder for a fixed period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). It is paid once and does not renew.
- The recipient activates the gift and chooses their own channel, time and days.
- Gift links should be shared only with the intended recipient. Unactivated gifts are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
Delivery limitations
Reminders depend on third-party messaging platforms, networks and your device. We aim to send every reminder at the scheduled time, but we cannot guarantee delivery or exact timing, and messages may be delayed or not delivered if a platform is unavailable, changes its rules, or if you block or disconnect our messages.
Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service, supported channels or these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date above shows when these Terms last changed.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if the service is misused, if required by law, or if a messaging platform no longer allows us to reach you. Where we end a paid subscription for reasons other than misuse, we will handle any unused paid period fairly, as described in the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
The governing law for these Terms will be stated here once Pouro’s legal entity and governing state are confirmed.
