Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage reminder, or by emailing support@pouro.day. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing date.
Pause anytime
You can pause reminders and resume them later from Manage reminder. Pausing stops messages; it does not by itself stop billing unless the pause option you choose says so at the time.
Future renewals stop
After you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. We will confirm the cancellation by message or email.
Your current paid period
Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your reminders normally continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stop. If you believe a charge was made in error, see the Refund Policy.
Gifts are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. The recipient can stop reminders at any time.
