Data we collect
- Reminder settings: drink mode, channel, time, time zone and days.
- Channel identifier: the account or chat ID we need to message you on Messenger or Telegram.
- Contact details: an email address if you give us one for receipts or support.
- Gift details: the recipient’s first name and optional note you enter when buying a gift.
- Support messages you send us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, page views and which button was pressed). We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
Payment provider
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we receive a confirmation, the last four digits of your card and billing status. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
Messaging providers
To send reminders we use the Facebook Messenger and Telegram platforms, including the Telegram bot @PouroReminderBot. When you connect a channel, that platform shares an identifier with us so we can message you. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies or local storage entries that are necessary for the site to work (for example, remembering your language or keeping a checkout in progress). If we use any non-essential cookies, we will ask first where required.
Retention
We keep reminder settings for as long as your reminder or gift is active. A specific deletion or anonymization period will be published once the retention policy is finalized. We may need to keep certain records, such as payment records, for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email support@pouro.day. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of service providers (hosting, payments, messaging, analytics, email). They process data on our behalf under contract and only for the purpose of running the service. We do not sell personal data.
